Kate Hyman

A friend to artists, Kate brings a rare combination of creative instinct and commercial savvy — and a family legacy that runs deep. Her family acquired both parts of Warner, cementing their place as music industry royalty. She has held A&R roles at Warner Bros., V2, Imago, Chrysalis, MCA, ZE/Island, and Shelter Records, and currently operates a joint venture with BMG Rights.

Her signings include Moby (Play — Platinum, Grammy-nominated), Paula Cole (Platinum, Grammy winner), Aimee Mann, Sinéad O'Connor, Toots & the Maytals (True Love — Grammy winner), Beth Orton, and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats. She music supervised the multi-platinum I Am Sam soundtrack, consulted on Martin Scorsese's Vinyl, and produced the acclaimed Marc Bolan tribute Angel Headed Hipster. She has also overseen European labels including Stiff Records and Ensign Records, brokered multiple music book deals, and brought the Joan Jett documentary to BMG. She is also the founder of Little Monster, a children's music label.

Michelle Silverman

Michelle Silverman is a veteran music supervisor with over 94 film and TV credits, including Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, The Harder They Fall, Kill Bill: Vol. 1, and Interview with the Vampire. She is a two-time HMMA Award winner for Best Music Supervision.

Mathew Steele

CEO and Founder of SteeleSync, Mathew has 13+ years in the entertainment business and landed a placement in the #1 box office hit Limitless. He also created SyncSpotlight, a major annual sync education event.

Dom Colizzi — Multi-platinum producer and award-winning music supervisor. Co-producer of the hit reality TV show, Hit Kitchen TV Show, and the popular Jelly Rolls Bar series. Dom brings decades of experience placing music in film, TV, and advertising.


Wyshmaster — Grammy-nominated producer and respected industry veteran. Also a co-producer for Hit Kitchen TV Show and Jelly Rolls Bar. Wyshmaster's credits span major labels and independent artists, offering invaluable insights into production and sync opportunities.


Mr. Hit Records — Emmy and Telly Award-winning producer Joseph "Mr. Hit Record" Lopez is a multi-platinum producer, songwriter, and audio engineer based in Atlanta. His sync credits include co-writing the theme for Hollywood Medium (E! & Bravo) and Deb's House (WETV/ALLBLK), with music featured across ESPN programming including SportsCenter and the NBA Draft.


B Martin — New York-born producer, rapper, and songwriter Brendan "B Martin" Martin brings 10+ years of industry experience, Billboard dance hits, and over 15 million streams as a recording artist. A winner of Hot 97's "Who's Next" and named Best Hip Hop Artist at SXSW by J. Cole, B Martin has collaborated with Kendrick Lamar, T-Pain, and Young Money's Cory Gunz.


Celeste Debro — Music Supervisor at Creative Control and Tyler Perry Studios, Celeste's credits include hit shows Zatima, Young Dylan, Caught Up, and All The Queen's Men, plus films like La La Land, Mea Culpa, The Six Triple Eight, and Madea's Destination Wedding. She is also the founder of FRSH SONX, a sync licensing company dedicated to placing independent artists in film and TV.


Jeremiah Moss — Freelance Music Supervisor, Sync Representative for Lucesca Publishing, and member of the Guild of Music Supervisors. A New York native with a B.A. in Music Business from Catawba College and an M.F.A. in Film Production from Full Sail University, Jeremiah made his debut supervising the indie feature Down for the Count and earned two film festival wins for his audio work on Murdercycle: Ride or Die (2019). He also hosts the Playlist Shuffle Podcast, exploring film music and sync through interviews with industry creatives.
